 Team Building Scenarios

To truly build a team you must go beyond the sport itself and deeper into the mind and mentality of your athletes. Can they think and perform in adverse situations? Does your team trust each other or is there a lack of trust present? Do you have true competitors? How well does your team know each other in general?

River City Adventure Park has former division 1 athletes, high school coaches, and ex-military staff that can provide you with a fun, action packed, team building experience.

Paintball, Gellyball, or Nerf Scenarios

Capture the flag

Each of the two teams have a flag in their base which are located on opposite sides. The aim of the game is to capture the enemy’s flag from their base and deliver it back to your base before they capture your flag. Capture the flag can be played in almost every Delta Force game zone.

Bomb the base

A neutral bomb or similar object is placed in the center of the game zone, usually in a building. The objective is to take the bomb or object from the center of the game zone and into the enemy’s base. 

Attack and defend

One team occupies a castle/fort and their mission is to defend it. The other team has to attack the enemy’s position and raise the flag before the game finishes. The attacking team is usually allowed to re-spawn (walk back to the starting point then having another go) for the first few minutes or for the duration of the game. 

Team deathmatch 

The original way to play paintball paintball. Team Deathmatch is a simple team based total annihilation game where each team has to take out every member of the opposing team in order to win. 

Protect the President ( President is in a Zorb Ball)

One member from the defending team is nominated to be the president who has to be protected and possibly escorted to safety by the rest of the team. The objective of the attacking team is to take down the president before the game is over.

Simple last team standing wins. Knock the other team down as fast as possible. 

Don’t kill the messenger

A communication based game where one team communicates the message to be delivered to their teammates in the zorb ball. The team must beat their defense and get the message to the other side. Can you beat the defense? And can you remember the message?!

MINI - Golf Games 

Assign teams to different mini golf holes. Each teammate is responsible for contributing to the team's win and points are calculated at the end.
