General:
- What are the age ranges suitable for birthday parties at River City Adventure Park? We have something to do for all age groups at our Fun Farm. Check out our attraction list:
- What days and times are available for birthday parties? Currently we have birthday parties available Monday-Sundays. Monday - Friday Starts at 4pm -8pm. Saturday-Sunday available starting 10am - 9pm. Times can also vary during the times of year.
- How many guests can you accommodate for a birthday party? We can accommodate up to 150 guests for a birthday party or event. Shooting games will now allow this many to play at time though.
- What is the cancellation policy for birthday party bookings? All Parties require a deposit of $50. If weather is bad we can reschedule. There are no cancellations.
- What are the safety measures in place for children during parties? We have monitors in place that will have with supervision and any issues that might arise. We also keep a first aid kit on site.
Activities & Entertainment:
- What activities are included in a typical birthday party? Activities for birthday parties will depend on your party style you have chosen We have several options. Take a look at our birthday parties here.
- Can we choose specific activities for our party? Yes, you can. Please specify upon booking.
- Do you have any restrictions for certain activities? We have a height requirement for our Mega Tube slide ( 42 inches). We also have weight restrictions on some activities that will be mentioned on each activity
- Do you provide any entertainment, such as face painting or a mascot visit? Depends on the time of the year. We do things like this mainly during the fall and spring
- Can we bring our own decorations or entertainment? We allow decorations but not additional entertainment.
Food & Beverages:
- Do you offer catering services for birthday parties? We offer food options if requested in advance.
- Can we bring our own food and drinks?Yes, but cake and drinks only. You should begin clean up before your party ends to be done by your allotted time.
- Do you offer tables and chairs for party guests? We have picnic tables available for parties.
Additional Information:
- What parking options are available? We have a gravel parking lot that usually has no trouble accommodating parties as well as large field trips.
- Are there restrooms on site? Yes, we currently have port a potties available for restroom use.
- Do you allow outside vendors, such as photographers or bounce houses? All outside vendors must be approved in advance. We do allow them on occassion.
- What is your policy on inclement weather? If a party is cancelled to inclement weather we will simply reschedule. All party deposits are final.
- Do you offer any discounts for multiple party bookings? We currently do not.
All Birthday Party Bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit. We will only postpone and reschedule the party due to adverse weather. No refunds.
Shooting Game Safety Rules
1. All players MUST be wearing Goggles and Face Masks prior to entering playing areas, the target range or the chronograph area.
2. All players MUST put in place Barrel Sleeves prior to exiting playing areas, the target range or the chronograph area.
3. Each player MUST have their personal paintball marker chronographed prior to game play. Paintball markers may not exceed 285 feet per second for outdoor games.
4. Absolutely No shooting paintballs outside the designated areas.
5. Prior to participation in games, each player must go through safety orientation and sign a waiver before playing.
Referees
1. Referees' calls are final.
2. Talking back to referees will not be tolerated.
3. Do not shoot the referees.
4. If a referee is in your line of fire, ask them to move.
5. Do not use referees for cover.
Paint Checks
1. Call paint check to get a referee to check you for paint hits. Do not waste other players' time with obviously unnecessary paint checks.
2. Players being checked for paint hits by a referee are neutral. Do not shoot neutral players.
3. If you call "Out," you are out. If you are in doubt, call "Paint Check" first.
General Rules
1. NO BLIND FIRING
2. No discharging paintball markers outside the designated shooting areas.
3. No shooting at people not wearing protective equipment.
4. No carrying or moving the bunkers or field parts.
5. No knives or other weapons
6. No wiping off paint hits while still on the field.
7. No talking while exiting the field (no advising teammates, no taunting, etc.)
8. No drinks or food within playing areas
9. No foul language.
10. Offer your opponent the opportunity to surrender if you are within 20 ft.
11. Once eliminated, raise your gun and arm over your head and move quickly toward the exit.
12. Exit the field as quickly and quietly as possible.
13. Put on a Barrel Sleeve prior to exiting the field.
